What to expect
The first call is a conversation, not a pitch. Come with the problem as you currently understand it — even if that is just “delivery feels slow and I cannot tell why.” I will tell you honestly whether I am the right person for it. Roughly a third of the time I am not, and I will say so and point you somewhere better.
If it is a fit, I will follow up with a written proposal covering scope, cadence, and rate.
